The Barn cafe is located within the complex of Alder Carr Farm in a beautiful converted barn.The complex consists of a very well stocked farm shop, Sugar craft for all your cake making and decorating needs, The country Studio, a treasure trove of beautiful arts, jewelry and accessories, The piggery pottery for that very special piece of individual hand crafted pottery, The Garden Mill, a very individual grower and garden supplier. There is also Cycle breaks and The Vanilla Bakery. The very famous Alder Tree ice cream is also made at Alder Carr Farm.
Our seasonally changing menu consists of
starters, lunches, hearty sandwiches & daily
specials. We also serve breakfasts, afternoon
teas, Sunday lunches & fabulous homemade
cakes and have a tasty children's menu.
Bookings for up to 30 people can be arranged
in the cafe during normal opening hours.
We source much of our ingredients locally including seasonal produce grown on the farm and all our dishes are made from scratch.
We are serving cooked breakfasts from 9:30 - 11:30am (11:15 Sundays), lunches from 12:00 to 3:00pm and afternoon teas from 3pm. Tea, Coffee and Cakes are served all day
