A glass of prosecco or sparking elderflower and mixed olives  

 

To follow

Curried parsnip and apple soup with homemade naan bread (V, GF adaptable)

Honey roasted carrot, whipped goats cheese, toasted herb bread crumbs and
 toasted walnuts (V, GF and VE adaptable)

Maple and mustard glazed pork belly with apple puree and winter vegetable salad (GF, DF)

Smoked salmon, smoked mackerel, crab and chive roulade with a
beetroot remoulade and toasted sourdough (GF adaptable)

 

For mains

Roast Crown of turkey, leg crouquette, pig in blanket and an apple, cranberry and
rosemary stuffing, roast potatoes, vegetables and gravy (DF)

Roasted winter vegetable, caramelised onion and lentil filo pastry pie served with roasted
potatoes and a mushroom cream sauce (V, GF and VE adaptable)

Slow cooked beef brisket with a roasted onion tart, cauliflower puree, roasted cauliflower,
savoy cabbage and beef jus (GF adaptable)

Pan roasted duck breast with honey roast parsnip topped with bacon
 and herb bread crumbs, kale, boulangere potatoes and duck jus

King prawn, smoked haddock, roasted butternut squash and
leek risotto topped with a herb pesto (GF)

 

For Dessert

Homemade Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Banana tarte tatin with peanut butter ice cream (GF and VE adaptable)

Dark chocolate delice with honeycomb and coffee ice cream (GF)

Clementine panna cotta with a pomegranate sorbet and
gingerbread crumb (GF and VE adaptable)

Cheese trio and biscuits:
Norfolk dapple, Mrs Temples Binham blue and Norfolk white lady with

 homemade apple chutney
