Start the evening with a glass of prosecco at your table and crispy pigs ears with smoked paprika salt


Pigs head croquette with smoked garlic mayonnaise and roast onion and apple jam


Pigs trotter, hock and wild mushroom ravioli with creamed spinach and fresh herbs


Mini braised pork shoulder pithivier with roasted leg, carrot puree and confit carrot


Twice cooked pork belly, faggot and mustard glazed roast loin with pomme puree, savoy cabbage and caramelised onions


Lardy cake with vanilla custard and roasted apple


Tea or coffee to finish
