A Blackberry and prosecco Cocktail

Farm reared woodland Pork and apple croquette, roasted butternut squash puree with crispy black pudding crumb and pickled butternut squash

Pan roasted coley, sautéed leeks, langoustine bisque and crispy panko mussel

Curried farm reared lamb pithivier with spinach puree and spiced roasted carrot

Roasted sirloin of beef, fondant potato, roasted beetroot, pickled turnips and beef jus

Baron bigod, warm brown butter cake, apple puree and toasted hazelnuts

70% Dark chocolate cremeux with orange curd, almond praline tuille

To finish

Clipper Tea or Butterworths coffee

Our aim for this evening is to source as many ingredients from local suppliers to champion local and British produce
