Skewers of pork belly, chorizo and red pepper, Chilli and basil glazed king prawns, Garlic mayonnaise, mixed salad with artichoke, rocket and sun dried tomato, homemade flat bread and olive oil and balsamic dip

Vegetarian sharing patter:
Skewers of halloumi, red pepper and red onion, tempura vegetables with a harrisa mayonnaise, mixed salad with artichoke, rocket and sun dried tomato, homemade flat bread and olive oil and balsamic dip

Mains

Pan fried duck breast with honey roasted parsnip, smoked bacon and sage pomme puree, kale and duck jus

Herb roasted fillet of cod with a crab hash brown, tenderstem broccoli and a lemon sauce

Leek, butternut squash and goats cheese tart with roasted carrot and a creamed spinach and thyme sauce

Desserts

Sweet platter :
Lemon curd parfait with vanilla meringue and lemon curd, Banoffee sponge, caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream , Chocolate and orange mousse with hazelnut biscuit

Cheese platter:
Norfolk dapple, Norfolk white lady and Binham blue cheese with selection of biscuits and chutney
